PRICING
Because each cake is unique I prefer to quote individually, ideally after a cake consultation or sending out a tasting sample box. However, to give you a rough idea, prices start from £70 for a 6” celebration cake and from £460 for a semi-naked three-tier luxury wedding cake.
ORDERING

Ideally I would like to have at least 3 weeks notice for all celebration cakes and for wedding cakes, it’s best to get in touch as soon as you know your date! My diary is open for 2024.
Please provide as much information as possible in your enquiry, such as the date, how many guests you are having, are you having dessert with the wedding breakfast or is the cake your dessert?, which venue (if known yet) and which finish of icing you prefer - fully covered buttercream, semi-naked etc. / any reference pics and I can give you a rough idea of costings.
Consultations
I offer cake consultations in Gloucestershire for orders over £500. I work from home which is in the stunning Toadsmoor Valley, between Cirencester and Stroud. The consultation includes a cake tasting for up to three people and you will be able to sample up to five different cake flavours - please see the flavours page for suggestions. There is a non-refundable fee of £45 for face-to-face consultations. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment I request at least two weeks notice.
TASTING BOXES
I also offer tasting boxes by post. They cost £30 for four flavours or £35 for five. Orders are sent out via Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day delivery). They are guaranteed to arrive by 1pm but do need signing for.
Delivery & Collection
Delivery charges apply and are quoted individually based on mileage (but it’s usually £40 for venues within an hour of GL5 2UL). This cost also includes hiring a cake stand if your wedding is within 30 mins of me. Please see the cake stands page for what I have. For wedding cakes, I will arrange a time with your venue’s event co-ordinator to ensure it is set-up correctly. If you would prefer to collect smaller cakes from our address near Stroud you may do so, but I cannot take any responsibility once it has left the premises.
Payment
After the consultation, I then email you a final quote. If you would like to go ahead and book I ask for a 50% deposit to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least four weeks before the event (except for small order cakes which are collected from us). It is not necessary to finalise your design upon booking. Final decisions and details must be signed off at least 12 weeks before the event. Any alterations after this period may incur additional fees. Your order will not be confirmed until the deposit is paid. Bookings placed within four weeks of the order date will be due in full when placing the order.
WEDDING FAVOURS
I also make bespoke handmade wedding favours - from the very popular personalised bags of salted caramel popcorn to biscuits, cupcakes, macarons and meringue kisses. Prices from £3 per person.
Special Dietary Requests
Cupcakes can also be ordered to cater for gluten-free, coeliac or vegan guests. Minimum order of 12. £36 per dozen.
CancellationS
If you need to postpone your Wedding due to COVID 19
As COVID-19 continues to be a concern worldwide, I want to offer customers flexibility if you need to rearrange the date of your special day. Please could you let me know at least one month before your wedding if you need to reschedule the date of your cake. After this time I might have already started making elements of your cake, so a charge may be incurred to cover the cost of work already completed. Provided sufficient notice is given there will no charge to reschedule your wedding cake. I will carry your order over for up to two years after your original wedding date. While I am happy to transfer your order to a later date I am not able to refund any deposits if you wish to cancel.
If I need to cancel your order due to COVID 19
The FSA (Food Standard Agency) have advised suppliers that it is highly unlikely that COVID 19 can be passed on via food. I am rated 5* for food hygiene by the FSA and will continue to practice excellent hygiene and follow the latest government guidelines to prevent spread. In the unlikely event that I have to cancel your cake, due to becoming ill myself, I will offer you a full refund.
